Happy January from Burt’s Pumpkin Farm!

We hope your new year is off to a great start.

Things are a little quieter on the farm this time of year as we rest up after a busy season and holiday period. January is a slower, steadier month for us: focused on maintenance, reflection, and preparing our equipment for the year ahead.

While the pace has slowed, one thing January has not held back on is rain.

This month has brought record-breaking rainfall to the farm in January, transforming the landscape in the most beautiful way. The ground is soaked, the creeks are flowing.

One of the most incredible sights right now is nearby Amicalola Falls. With all the rain, the waterfall is absolutely roaring. We’re lucky to have such a great view here on the farm and wanted to share a glimpse of it with you.
